We are working in a traditional way and we cannot guarantee important production quantities. Never the less, You can directly try to write and inform us about your request; we will do our best to satisfy it.

We are using your personal data to offer you the most acurate customer service and make relevant offers and contents in line with your profile. We do not assign our consumer file under any circumstances to third parties and we do not make any commercial use of it outside of our tracking and consumer relationship purposes. You can any time have access to your data, export or erase them definitively from our file. We do not keep track of it and respect your privacy.

I set up a return to stock alert and did not hear anything from you .

That may happen and we apologize in advance. This is certainly a product we had planned to re-assort but, for certain reasons sometimes beyond our control, will not come back in stock.

Yvonne Leon can not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the website. Otherwise, if you decide to have access to our website from other territories than France, you do it on your own initiative and at your own risk. You have to respect the local legislation to the extent that this legislation is applicable. The products and contents put online by Yvonne Leon can contain errors and Yvonne Leon reserves the right to modify those contents without being held liable for any damage or interest. If we notice a price error after placing your order, we reserve the right to cancel this order.

I would like to follow my order, what to do ?

We send you follow up emails at each steps of your order: from the reception of your order to its shipment. When we deliver your order to our carrier (Fedex), a tracking number is communicated to you, allowing you to follow your parcel via our carrier platform. You can as well, if you have created your own account, find any time all the informations on your dashboard. A 24 hours deadline is requested to update the first delivery informations.

I have placed my order online but I changed my mind.
Can I change my order ?

To better serve you, your orders are processed immediately after their validation. Once your order is effective on our platform, we can not change it. We invite you, upon receipt, to request a return via your dashboard.

What are the authorized payment methods ?

We accept all the following payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.

How to change my delivery address ?

It is possible to change your address by contacting our Customer Service in hours following your order.
The orders with invalid addresses can cause a consequent delay. If you have entered an invalid delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us on our Customer Service : info@yvonneleon.com.

When will the amount of my order be charged ?

Right after your payment authorization, an email of confirmation is sent to you. The amount of your order will be directly withdrawn from your bank account.

What if my order is damaged ?

We carry out of a careful control of all our products. If one of them is defective, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. The deadline is 7 days to declare a damaged parcel. It is mandatory to indicate the purchase reference and provide us detailled pictures of the product.

What if my order did not arrive ?

It is important to check that your delivery address is correct. The orders with invalid or incorrect addresses will be likely to come back to us and cause an extra deadline for the new delivery.
If the parcel has been lost during delivery, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we can not hold ourselves responsible for its loss or theft.

Can I be delivered the same day ?

The answer is yes if you reside in Paris and place your order before 16h in working day.
When ordering, you can select the courier option. The delivery by courier is free of charge in Paris intramural (75) in 4 hours from monday to friday between 10h to 16h this, above a 350€ total amount order. The “Click & Collect » service allows you to pick up your order for free in 2 hours in our "Yvonne Leon" flagship store located at 25 rue du Vieux Colombier, 75006 Paris, France, from monday to friday between 11h to 19h. If your order is passed before 16h, you can recover your order before 19h the same day.

Can I be delivered the day after ?

In order to secure our shipment, we only offer the services of our Fedex carrier.

Are you shipping worldwide ?

The Yvonne Leon company ships in the entire world from Paris. Most of our parcels are distributed within 24h/48h after verification of the transaction and according to the product availability.
We do not process orders on weekends and we do not deliver PO boxes.

How to get free shipping ?

In-store collect service is free for all orders. The Yvonne Leon company offer the standard Fedex delivery for all orders above 500€ in France, Europe and United States.

What are the delivery deadlines ?

How to pick up my order in store ?

When ordering, you can select the « Click & Collect » option to pick up your order for free in 2 hours in our‘ Yvonne Leon’ flagship store located at 25 rue du Vieux Colombier, 75006 Paris, France, from monday to saturday between 11h to 19h. If your order is passed before 16h, you can pick it up the same day before 19h00. Upon arriving at our store, please present your ID and your confirmation email to retrieve your order.

I live outside Europe.
Are there any additional fees and taxes to pay upon receipt of my order ?

All orders placed in the European Union are sent in DDP (prepaid delivery charges), which means that the fees and taxes (VAT) are included in the final price. The Yvonne Leon company is not responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination.
Import duties will be billed directly to you by the delivery service. The tax refund applies only to products purchased in our store in Paris and transported by you. The tax refund does not apply to products purchased online.

What is the return policy ?

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer code, you have a period of seven (7) days from receipt of the products to exercice your right of withdrawal, without justifications or penalties.The seven calendar days start the day after receiving your order.The Yvonne Leon company must verify if te return product complies with our return policy, namely:

- the article has not been damaged, altered or worn
- the product is exactly in te conditions in which you received it with the adhesive(s) and/or labels still attached
- The original box of the jewelry piece must not be damaged upon return as it is part of the product.
The Yvonne Leon company pays for free returns of products worth more than 500€ of purchase from the European Union. The return is the responsability of the customer for a purchase of a total less than 500€. Any product returns from the United States and the rest of the world (excluding the European Union) will be the responsability of the customer, regardless of the purchase amount. 
In general, all the returns operated by the customers must only be carried out with one of the following carriers : Fedex, UPS, DHL. None of any other carrier will be accepted; this, for security reasons.

How to request a refund ?

The Yvonne Leon company reimburses only products ordered in stock. Special orders will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
To carry out the refund procedure, please follow the instructions provided by email when you return to your dashboard. The refund will be returned to the credit card used to pay the initial order. 
If the order is returned in full from France, you will be fully refunded.
Please note that we will refund you not later than 8 days upon physical receipt of the order. Please note that your bank may take several days to record the transaction on your account.



		

Are the informations about the products precise ?

We inform you the stones weight can slightly vary according to how they are cut and the gold weight can slightly vary as well according to the finger size diameter.
As a result, the quantitative tolerance for the weight of gold is about 20% and about 15% for the carat of stones.
The Yvonne Leon company presents the essential charactéristics of the proposed products :

-       name of the product
-       denomination
-       nature and details of components
-       caratage of stones and weight of gold
-       quantities
-       colors
-       special properties if needed

Before each expedition, the jewelry piece is subjected to a rigourous quality control. If, despite everything, a manufacturing problem persists, the customer benefits from a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for jewelry piece whose price is less than 2000€. For pieces over 2000€, a 3 year warranty is offered.
For each jewelry piece purchased online, The Yvonne Leon company can issue an invoice and a certificate of guarantee and authenticity at the request of the customer. Each piece comes in a Yvonne Leon purse or box without additional cost. 

Is it the right color ?

We calibrate and take detailed pictures of all our products in order to respect reality.
However, we can not guarantee that the colors on our website match those of your computer or phone. It depends on the color calibration of your screen.

How to maintain jewelry pieces containing pearls or hard stones ?

It is strongly discouraged to swim or have contact with water or liquids with jewelry pieces containing pearls or hard stones (malachite, lapis lazuli, onyx, agathe, nacre, corail, turquoise,…).
Please avoid as well any contact with perfume and cosmetics.
Any jewelry piece is unique and hand made. It can therefore presents irregularities.

I would like to repair my Yvonne Leon jewelry piece. Do you offer this service ?

We offer a one year free repair service  from the date of purchase upon presentation of the purchase proof. This service is offered free of charge provided that the deterioration of the jewelry piece is related to a manufacturing defect.

After this warranty period, our after-sales service can offer you a paid repair if it is possible. It will be the subject of an estimate which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair. After our workshop expertise, we will be able to inform you about the delay as well as the necessary cost repair.
