Does my jewelry have a warranty ?

Each piece of jewelry is subject to rigorous quality control.If, despite everything, a manufacturing problem persists, the customer benefits from a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase in store or on our website. The warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. Our workshop will carefully examine the jewelry in question. If a defect is found, we undertake to replace the product with the same product, or with an equivalent, or with a product with the same value, depending on the purchase price indicated on the invoice.

Please note that our warranty will not apply to any parts that have been repaired, modified, or even reworked by a workshop other than ours.

The warranty does not cover any aging, wear, alteration and deterioration due to perfumes, water or chemicals. Any damage due to improper use of the product, accident or poor maintenance of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
