We offer a one year free repair service from the date of purchase upon presentation of the purchase proof. This service is offered free of charge provided that the deterioration of the jewelry piece is related to a manufacturing defect.

After this warranty period, our after-sales service may offer you a paid repair if it is possible. It will be the subject of an estimate which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair.

If you wish to have a product repaired, which is not due to a manufacturing defect, our service will send you a quote as well as the estimated time, established by one of our expert craftsmen. You will be free to accept this quote or not.

After our workshop expertise, we will be able to inform you about the delay as well as the necessary cost repair.
